WHEN CAN I STOP IN TO VIEW THE EVENT SPACE?
If you feel the need to meet in person after thoroughly reading over our event kit, an appointment with our event coordinator will need to be scheduled.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK AN EVENT?
Events can be booked up to 12 months in advance.

DO I HAVE TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT FOR AN EVENT?
Yes, a $200 deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill at the completion of the event.

HOW CAN I MAKE A DEPOSIT TO BOOK MY EVENT?
Deposits can easily be made through a secured link online, over the phone via credit card, or in person by cash, check, or credit card. Whichever option is more convenient for you.

WHAT DOES THE FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM ENTAIL?

The food & beverage minimum is not an additional room charge, but rather the required amount spent on food and beverage during your event. Minimum requirements can be found on page 1 of the event menu kit under ‘cost & billing.’ If the minimum is not met, you will still be charged for the difference to meet the requirement. Service charge and sales tax are additional.

HOW LONG WILL MY EVENT LAST?
Events are scheduled for a 3-hour duration.

HOW MUCH TIME IS ALLOTTED FOR SETUP?
You will have access to the event space 1 hour prior to your scheduled start time.

CAN I DECORATE THE SPACE?
We encourage you to bring in personal touches to enhance your event. However, please refrain from using confetti, glitter, or anything that may damage the venue’s existing décor (i.e. thumbtacks in the walls, tape on the wallpaper). Be mindful of your setup and breakdown times as well when selecting your décor.

ARE WHITE TABLECLOTHS INCLUDED WITH THE EVENT SPACE?
You can include white tablecloths for a fee starting at $50 to give your event a more formal touch.

DOES GENNARO’S CHARGE A CAKE FEE FOR EVENTS?
You are welcome to bring in your own custom cake or dessert at no additional fee.

DO I NEED TO FINALIZE MY FOOD AND BEVERAGE SELECTIONS BEFORE BOOKING MY EVENT?
No, the first step is to submit your deposit to secure your event date. As the date approaches, our event coordinator will be in contact to discuss your menu, guest count, and any other details.

DO WE HAVE TO CHOOSE A BAR SERVICE OPTION?
Yes, we require a bar service for all events. You can choose from a cash bar, bar consumption, or one of bar packages to suit your event's needs.
